2. Condition: The laptop must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Any damage or alterations may result in a partial or no refund.
3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the laptop was received damaged or if there was a mistake on our part.
4. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned laptop, our team will inspect it and process the refunds within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
5. Non-refundable Items: Accessories, software, and add-on items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
6. Exceptions: If you received a damaged or defective laptop, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund. Please note that this policy is subject to change and it’s always best to check with the seller for their specific return and refund policies.
