Used Laptop Exchange Policy
1. Exchange Period: Customers can exchange the used laptop within 14 days of purchase. The exchange period begins on the date the laptop was delivered to the customer.
2. Condition: The laptop must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Any damage or alterations may result in a partial or no exchange.
3. Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the laptop was received damaged or if there was a mistake on our part.
4. Exchange Processing: Once we receive the returned laptop, our team will inspect it and process the exchange within 7-10 business days.
5. Non-exchangeable Items: Accessories, software, and add-on items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
6. Exceptions: If you received a damaged or defective laptop, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or exchange.
